Dear CSA Members,We finally had a Dry day today (Friday) & some Sun! What a relief. We took full advantage of this day and we were able to get some transplants that were in the greenhouse patiently waiting to be planted, planted into the fields today. Dear CSA Members,The first harvest of cucumbers this week! Also, new in your boxes this week is frisee endive. Long-time members will remember this. But, if you are new to the CSA you get to enjoy a new green. This green is mildly bitter with a peppery flavor and crunchy leaves. There is a photo below to help identify this vegetable. VISIT OUR ONLINE MARKETPLACE
Visit the online CSA Marketplace. Place your order by 1PM the day before your CSA delivery to have your order delivered with your CSA share. Mushroom orders need to be placed by Friday 12 PM so we can notify the mushroom farm. To order log into your CSA member account and select the products you would like to add to your share. All of the products are locally sourced. Check back for the latest bulk vegetable and fruit being offered.
Delivery Date Changes
Due to the cold spring weather, we have had this past May we decided to push the first delivery back one week. New start date June 8,9,10. and ending November 16,17,18.
