Located in Valatie, NY Golden Harvest Farm is a third generation farm that has been producing apples for nearly 60 years. Golden Harvest produces over 20 varieties of apples on the farm. In 2007 Derek Grout created a farm distillery using their own apple cider to make different varieties of vinegar. Hudson Valley Vinegar is locally made from local orchards. Check out How It's Made!
